The Shoe Mart has an excellent selection of Aldens and their customer service is second to none. I bought a 2 pairs of Indy boots and a pair of Alden LHS Loafers. Amazing quality, I'll definitely buy from them again!

Ordering through Shoe Mart was conducted in a very smooth and expedient manner to say the least. I was hoping ordering my wife a pair of her favorite tennis shoes with a touch of bling, lol, that they would have it and it could be shipped sooner than later. They had in in stock and Shoe Mart delivered flawlessly and no issues- Thanks Shoe Mart for coming through.

The negative reviews here don’t seem very reliable. I did experience a minor issue, but the seller at Shoe Mart was extremely kind and took full responsibility. I would definitely recommend this store.

Love The Shoe Mart! Always have a good selection of Aldens in stock. Best thing about them is their customer service. I accidentally placed an order with the wrong address, and they worked to quickly get it corrected before the order shipped out. Thank you so much!

Located in Norwalk, Connecticut—about a one-hour drive from Manhattan, New York—this store boasts a magnificent selection of Alden footwear, a brand synonymous with American-made shoes. What makes it even more appealing is that, tucked away at the back of the shop, they have a section dedicated to "Alden Seconds"—shoes with minor imperfections—organized conveniently by size. Since customers can buy them at a better price than the retail price, the store is widely renowned among Alden enthusiasts. If you happen not to find the specific pair you are looking for during your visit, there is no need to worry; by signing up for a free membership via The ShoeMart's online store, you can also place online orders for Alden Seconds. This marked my second visit to the shop, and it was a very fulfilling time. This is a shop I would like to visit again and again if I have the chance.
